Early Arrival |

Early Arrival Dates and Times, Campers: Campers can also arrive early on either date. At present, we have not received any changes from NYSF or EEC that will effect camper rates. |

For those who wish to arrive early, you will need to review the early arrival information below.
These are the earliest times you can arrive as directed by the New York State Fair Grounds Management. |

Early Arrival Dates and Times, Horses: |

If you arrive between 12:00 Noon on Thursday, July 8th, 2010 and 12:00 Noon on Friday, July 9th, 2010, $12.00 per stall used will be added to your stall billing. |

If you arrive on Friday, July 9th, 2010 on or after 12:00 Noon, there will be no additional charge. |

You must make special arrangements for even earlier times!! Be sure to let the show office know if you plan to lay over Sunday night, July 11th, 2010 and leave Monday Morning, July 12th, 2010. Please use the stalls assigned by placard or by stall chart . DO NOT CHANGE YOUR STALLS without visiting the show office or contacting our barn manager. Our barn manager is Mike Teske. He will be available through out the show period as follows: Friday, 7/9/2010, 12 Noon until 10 PM Saturday, 7/10/2010, 9:30 AM until 9:30 PM Sunday, 7/11/2010, 9:30 AM until NOON Mike can be reached by phone at: 315-687-0096 or on his cell phone (315) 374-1590 |

These fees are in addition to the regular stall fees. We are passing these on at our cost. These fees were instituted on January 1st, 2006 by the New York State Fair as a means to help defray the costs of barn upkeep and daily maintenance. |
