The club was founded in 1993, by a group of dedicated horse persons, who wanted to promote their Appaloosas. LCAC is a Non-Profit Appaloosa Regional Club, based in Upstate New York, though our membership extends to other various states & provinces. LCAC is open to owners of all breeds of horses, it is more than just a Regional Appaloosa Horse Club.
