To help promote increased participation in all of our classes at the NAA Classic Horse Show each year, the Northeastern Appaloosa Association, NAA, has elected to establish a second trophy in memory of Anna Clare Chesebrough. This second trophy is devoted to the games horses while the original trophy, graciously donated by the Nappi family, has be relegated to performance horses. This will allow us to reward two deserving horses and their owners each year, thus helping to level the playing field between games and performance pointing. The Northeastern Appaloosa Association has established two perpetual awards in honor of Anna Clare. These awards are to be presented annually to the Year End High Point Performance Horse and the Year End High point Games Horse. The perpetual games trophy, beautifully designed and engraved by Clayton Gant of Cross Timbers, Missouri, will bear the names of successive winners engraved upon the trophy. Each years winner will also receive a companion plaque to be kept by the awardees. |
